Our Origins in Mildura

Based in Mildura and founded by an experienced counsellor and mental health nurse, Mynding Minds stems from a wealth of experience in the Victorian Education and Healthcare systems. This expertise underpins our approach to mental health and disability support.

 

Our Mission

Dedicated to enhancing mental wellbeing across Mildura and the Northern Mallee community, we provide licensed Mental Health First-Aid (MHFA) training and customised mental health programmes. Our mission is to foster inclusivity and provide comprehensive support, especially for those under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
